When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are the exclusive property of New Ro Aesthetics and its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from our website is strictly prohibited.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by New Ro Aesthetics. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that New Ro Aesthetics shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of third-party websites.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To ensure availability, we recommend booking appointments several weeks in advance. Our website displays up-to-date availability. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
We provide two (2) free consultations per person every 365 days, including a personalized skin analysis and treatment plan with one of our expert providers. Consultations are designed to help clients make informed decisions and set realistic expectations for results.
Individual Appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged $100.
Group Appointments: Require 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows will incur a $200 charge.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients.
All pricing is subject to change at any time. Prepaid services must be redeemed within one (1) year of purchase.
If a client’s credit, debit, or CareCredit payment results in a chargeback or fraud issue, cash payment will be required for future services.
Unopened skincare products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging.
Opened or used products, gift cards, and training course payments are non-refundable.
Prepaid services are refundable within 10 days of purchase; however, completed services cannot be refunded.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, children may not accompany clients during treatments. Minors (under 18) receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.
To ensure a safe, sanitary environment, no pets are permitted within the facility. Only working service animals are allowed.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Ro Aesthetics, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
